mmm...i'm quite obsessed with red velvet anything with cream cheese frosting!
it is so yummy even though it is basically a chocolate cake with red dye. haha.

I dunno...I asked the bakery here that makes the best red velvet and they said it's not just a chocolate cake with red dye. I think they were lying, afraid we were after their secret, lol.
i just had red velvet for the first time the other day! man it really is good!!!! your cake is gorgeous!
