thanks so much for commenting on my blog so i could find your blog! about the flower pillow I made... I basically cut several long strips of fabric, hemmed them, then pleated them by hand in layers onto the pillow fabric.
i just kinda made it up as i went, but i just found another blogger that made something similar and added instructions:
